OVI is a regular application that uses its own uninstaller to be removed from a computer. You can use the uninstaller from the Start > All Programs > Nokia Ovi. As for the unsubscribing part you will need to open up an email from Nokia and scroll down to Unsubscribe. Click the link, follow the procedure and you will not receive any more undesired emails.
