All the handles you tried and the combinations are not available for the setup package instead I have found that the handle setup.exe -s is performing automated install without user prompts. You have tried all the combinations possible but you've missed the one where you add a hyphen in front and it seems that it's the correct one. The package you have is an Install Shield version and all handles from this application start with example.exe hyphen[option].
