VAIO Content Monitoring Settings uses another application to monitor and to load the data. Most likely you are missing the driver. Please install all the necessary drivers because when you receive that error it means that the application does not have exclusive rights to gather data. This can be fixed by installing the supported driver. You just need to download all the drivers/applications from the support page of your device or from the CD that arrived with your laptop when you made the purchase.
