APLI Master runtime error 521

Unfortunately, the program is too complicated for me. I was trying to work with the APLI Master program when this problem occurred and I still do not know how to solve it.

related to an answer for: When starting the program I received the "Run-time error 521. Can't open clipboard" error message. How to solve the problem?

This runtime error is common in applications that actually depend on Runtime Environments. In this case, I recommend you reinstall the application and Runtime environments (2008 and 2010). Since this is a bug, you will need to download the latest version available in order to upgrade your software. Upgrading software fixes bugs and removes errors like the one you're facing now.
