Billing question regarding a product.

On April 30 I purchased Systweak for my daughter's computer. I ran it and there were lots of errors that it found. I called and said what should I do to repair these errors. The man I talked to said something like 'All I can do is recommend this other product. We can go in and fix all the errors by you buying an upgraded product." The man I talked to said that if you purchased the upgraded product the Systweak charge would be removed from my credit card. I have not received a credit for the Systweak at this point.

Please respond with how to proceed with my credit.

You will need to contact your bank because they will be able to take further investigation regarding this matter. Everything that is credit card related should be addressed to where you have your bank account and credit card attached.
