On April 30 I purchased Systweak for my daughter's computer. I ran it and there were lots of errors that it found. I called and said what should I do to repair these errors. The man I talked to said something like 'All I can do is recommend this other product. We can go in and fix all the errors by you buying an upgraded product." The man I talked to said that if you purchased the upgraded product the Systweak charge would be removed from my credit card. I have not received a credit for the Systweak at this point.
Please respond with how to proceed with my credit.
