Please start task manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Escape. Click on the advanced tab and go to Process list. From the list you can identify the game's executable. Most likely you will not find it there since you've uninstalled it. Games from BigFish are installed in Program Files. Since this location cannot be changed, you will find a folder with your game's name in that location. If there is a process related to your game, you will need to kill it before you can actually delete the game's folder.
