Recent Windows Update will not allow CMS-DH to run. How do I fix this?

Did you ever get an answer.  I did a system restore and apparently last week something else must have updated and now they do not work again.  I still can't get the software to work on my phones.  This company is terrible for not responding with patches.

I finally called my tech people and the programme was uninstalled and then reinstalled using the download on the cms-dh website.  It now works again.

The problem is that the software supports and was designed for Windows XP SP1. If you have upgraded to Windows Vista, 7 or 8, it is most likely possible that you will encounter errors. With this said, you can see in the below image a sample of the application running in an unsupported operating system. It works flawlessly.
