You can use the Save button to export the data. Make sure that when you save the output file to add the extension, the program will save the file without extension. For example, if you want to save as OUTPUT make sure you add .TXT so it becomes OUTPUT.TXT.
If you are not comfortable with Iperf, you can also try jperf with GUI and advanced options.
