Install Simatic PDM in an Android device

Is there any way to install Simatic PDM in an Android device?

Simatic PDM is not available for Android and it will never be because it was created to run only in the Windows environment. There is no ported version for any handheld device and the application is designed to work only on Windows XP, 7 and Windows Server.
