The output cord used for connection does not match the machine I received. What should I do?

The output pin cord that came with the 17400:Data capsule with instruction manual dated June 2007 and revision 2.5 has 9 pins where as the machine has 15 holes which makes the two not compatible so, what do I do? This machine is used in the pharmacology Department of Bowen University. Please help, its urgent!

I am afraid that components can't be purchased as a singular product. Since the cable was specifically created for these devices, it is sold only with the device itself. Please contact the customer support of the company that designed and created this device. The instruction manual provides all the needed contact info.
