Yes, you can because SIM cards are the same regarding to their format, but if you are planning to buy a new phone which uses different SIM cards, you will need to visit a service shop for contacts migration. In some cases, you just need to cut the SIM according to the new dimensions and then use it like in your old phone without special tools and applications to migrate your contacts.
