If you have problems related to your touchpad, you can uninstall its drivers then perform a fresh installation. Once you complete this step, please go to Control Panel and click the Mouse/Keyboard settings. Under the general menu, you'll also find settings for your touchpad. After you reach this menu, you can configure the scrolling features, sensitivity and any other related options for this device.
