There is a problem in the SK2 walkie-talkie keypad. Only the Scan button works. Is this a hardware or software problem?

There is a problem in the SK2 walkie-talkie keypad. Only the Scan button works. Is this a hardware or software problem?

You will need to use the Scan button until you match the frequency with the other device. Then you can use it what it was meant for but it could also be a technical problem related to the hardware functionality.
