Registration issue with an application

Question

We have been using virtual terminal now and have had no issues. All of a sudden, it is now asking us for a registration code and nobody knows what it is. Can someone call us and help us out?

The application you were using was in trial mode for a period of time. After this time, the product asks for activation which is done by purchasing a key. You can try to uninstall and then re-install it to enable another trial for 30 days but most developer don't allow that.
