I tried to use Cold Turkey but my anti-virus wouldn't let it run. And I can't figure out how to get my anti-virus to give it permission to run.

I tried to use Cold Turkey (http://getcoldturkey.com/) but my anti-virus wouldn't let it run.

And I can't figure out how to get my antivirus to give it permission to run. Help?

Disable your antivirus, then install Cold Turkey. Start the antivirus solution back and add the file to the exceptions list. Then Cold Turkey will run and operate as it should without being interfered by the antivirus.
