What if you deleted it because you lost your password to the e-mail? Can you get it back on your phone with a new email?

I went 2 d official blackberry website to download appworld, after following all instructions couldn't download it because it did nt bring d download link all it brought was change language and view countries that its available. Pls am using bb 9790. Email. Me @ cooljay9090@hotmail.com
