My computer said that my ATI Graphic Driver wasn't working and that I needed an update. I went to my Window Update and it said I didn't have one.
Windows Update does not always offer updates to video cards and in this case you will need to go to the actual support page from AMD. If you don't know the model of your graphics card, you can use the auto-detection tool.
