I want to know if Noah System can be installed on a Windows 8 machine.

Noah System 4.3 is known to work with Windows 8. The RT version of Windows 8 is currently not supported. The basic Noah package is provided as version 4.0 which you will need to upgrade manually with the available patches on the main website.
