What can I do? My software is not working.

My software is about data entry like the contact, business information, address of clients and extra. The problem is that when I log in, the runtime error is coming and it saying that file is not found. The "exe" file is available but it is not opening.

Please re-install all the prerequisites required by your product. Usually these prerequisites are related to .NET framework, Visual C++ Runtime, DirectX. These can be found on the CD that arrived with your software or installed from the Internet.
