This error is caused by a bug in the registry or in the application's subsystem. To resolve the issue, apply a patch (in case, there is any) or re-install the applications. Also, it's a common error encountered when there are memory conflicts between the running application and the components installed in your computer.
Just try to uninstall it, then perform a new installation. If you want to remove it, go to Start > Run > Msconfig. Select Startup tab and uncheck the entry with SolSuiteSe.
