You receive this error because the executable is practically a module of the main application used by the Airtel Huawei datacard. Without this module, you will not be able to perform certain things like connecting to the Internet, send SMS, calling, etc. Since these applications are not properly optimized, it's most likely that the error is caused by bad registry configuration. In this case you need to re-install the main application.
