My Nokia C7-00 doesn't open .mov files

I need software for Nokia C7-00 to play .mov files. Is there any?

Nokia C7 has support for these file formats only: MP4, H.263, H.264, and WMV. You will need to convert your MOV file to one of these files if you want them to be supported by the phone.
