The car uses a "router" module to enable WiFi and to act as WiFi hotspot. Once the module (which looks like a router) is attached to the car and started, you will have WiFi network availability. It's not protected with a password and it's available for a limited range covering the whole car and near distances. Try to use a laptop and connect to the network then go to Start > Run > Cmd and type ipconfig /all. Identify the gateway's IP address (which is the router's address) and paste it in a browser. You will be taken to a configuration interface from where you can set up various aspects of the WiFi connection and parameters.
