The problem with Astro-Vision LifeSign Mini

I have downloaded the Astro-Vision LifeSign Mini software and when it asks for registration, I fill up all the details. After that, I get one warning pop-up which says that I should check the Internet connection. The Internet connection is active. Why is this happening?

Please check your firewall because it seems that the software cannot communicate with the servers. You can either turn off the firewall completely or allow the program to communicate with servers.
