There are many solutions available to create a panorama but automated results may not satisfy you because if the pictures are not aligned perfectly then you will obtain distorted images.
My advice (although requires extensive knowledge) is to use Photoshop or Gimp as these provide advanced features to image manipulation. There are plenty tutorials on the net that could teach you how to create panoramas.
