Problem in file size 152 MB in Excel-2007

I am facing a very big problem in Excel 2007 while preparing 160 employees payroll sheet with only vlookup formula and some header coloring. The size of a saved file is 152 MB and opening it takes approx. 15 to 20 mins, even if I saved only 18 employees in the file. It's really troublesome to work this way.

You have a computer that requires more processing power in order to work faster. Please try not to draw additional tables and remove any colors from the table. Also, Unicode characters take a lot of memory in Excel tables, so if you have these characters, remove them.
