My Speedbit activation code doesn't work

I just purchased Speedbit & Realplayer upgrade and my activation code for Speedbit doesn't work. I entered the code several times and it says the code is not in the database. What should I do?

If you receive the error that the code is not in the database, it means that the connection to the activation server wasn't successful. From your side there is nothing to be done except to contact the developer and ask information regarding your activation code.
