How can I stop getting messages that the Adobe Flash Player needs to be installed?

Please go to Control Panel > Flash Player, then navigate to Advanced and click on Change Update settings. Once you do this you will have the option to check for updates automatically or stop them at once. Select Never check for updates (Not Recommended) and that's it. You won't be bothered anymore.

Also, Adobe Flash Player is an essential component of your computer in order to benefit from the latest multimedia content delivered through this technology.
