Should I make a website?

I really want to make a website with multiple subjects (ex: video of the week, crazy question of the week, cool/helpful website/video links, etc.) on my iPod, but I'm not sure if I should, because if my mom found out, disaster would strike. Should I?

It might sound awkward but there is no way you can make a website from an iPod device because you will need advanced editing tools which can only be found on PCs (Mac, Windows, Linux). The iPod provides a way to enjoy multimedia content (music, videos, picture) and that's all.
