You can use CE on an Android.
It's possible by installing a stripped Windows XP on your Android since it uses the least amount of resources. Then create a bridge using a Bluetooth emulator. After that using a tool called Super Bluetooth Hack will allow you to use CE over the emulated Bluetooth connection.
It's a huge pain the ass!
