How to make Adobe Flash Player 8.0 r22 work on mobiles?

I have a Adobe Flash Player 8 r22 executable file and I need to make it work on my mobile.

Adobe Flash Player was released for Android 4.0 devices and ARM V7 or later. Since 2012, the Flash Player technology has been discontinued for mobile phones and handheld devices.
