Tango registration error

I downloaded Tango on my notebook and I am trying to register, but it keeps bringing this pop-up that it can't connect.

It seems that this is an error which is often encountered among users who tried to register their account on notebooks using the Windows version of the application. Please try to switch networks because it's possible that the one you're currently connected to is preventing you from accessing certain websites.
