I have a Hi-def player based on Adobe Air and it's not playing videos. How do I fix it? It was working before I had to re-install my server.

Well, you need to actually install Adobe Air before trying to run the main application. Once you finish installing the support application you can try to use your main product. Also, some programs have additional requirements related to codecs, in your case.
