I am using a Modu T-Mobile in which AVSEQMP4 video could not be played though it supports the MP4 format. What should I do?
Although it supports MP4 file format, some phones need a different encoding of the files that are going to be used. In this case the MP4 should be encoded using H.263 codec with a resolution that the phone is capable to display. For this operation you can use Xilisoft Video Converter as a solution to this problem. After you start the application and add the file, different options will be available for your file.
