If the CD was copied entirely then you can add the contents of the folder to disc and burn it. In most of the cases these CDs have autorun.inf file and parameters defined and although you copy it on a computer you can still make it bootable. If there is no autorun.inf file then you can't make it bootable anymore and you will need to use Copy Disc option to clone the CD.
