Unit malfunctions and shuts down

When it starts the eye ball comes on then my unit shuts down. Can you you help me?

While the computer is booting, please press F8 several times until a menu comes containing many options. Please choose Safe Mode and proceed to uninstall any unknown applications that may have been installed. For additional information please visit the official Microsoft FixIT website which will provide different fixes for your problem.
