Can we convert EXE files to Symbian files?

related to an answer for: How to open .exe files on Nokia N8?

You can't convert EXE files as these belong to Windows operating systems while Symbian uses a totally different platform. If you want to port an application from Windows to Symbian, you will need a different SDK.
