QIB Software saving issue.

When using the QIB software we are unable to save a quote to the desktop or revise a saved quote. When you select a quote 'John Doe' to revise, 'Bob Doe' will actually open. Is there something we can do to fix this issue? It's an on-going issue with everyday and nothing seems to correct the issue. We have tried uninstalling and re-installing the program, but it doesn't fix the issue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you use Windows Vista or above, in most cases it is necessary to run the application with administrative rights because the application does not have enough privileges to save the content. If it is still not working, then the application is bugged and you will need to apply a working fix which can resolve this issue.

The working fix refers to updates released by the developer when they are noticed about this issues.
