When using the QIB software we are unable to save a quote to the desktop or revise a saved quote. When you select a quote 'John Doe' to revise, 'Bob Doe' will actually open. Is there something we can do to fix this issue? It's an on-going issue with everyday and nothing seems to correct the issue. We have tried uninstalling and re-installing the program, but it doesn't fix the issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
