How do I uninstall Quicklinks?

It pops up every time I try to go somewhere. It seems to be on my hard drive.

Please open Start > Run and type msconfig. Navigate to Startup tab and uncheck everything related to Quicklinks. Hit Ok and don't restart the computer. After this go to Uninstall a Program or Add/Remove Programs from Control Panel and remove the application from that location. If the entry is not on that list proceed to deleting every folder that contains Quicklinks or related to this. You can find the folder in Program Files.
