Dropbox sync issue

Songbook syncs up to Dropbox, but not down. If there are 4 correct files in Dropbox and 20 old ones on the iPad, it adds the old ones to the correct ones in Dropbox. It no longer asked if I want to delete the local files

To address the user's issue: It seems there is a problem with the sync settings or the way the SongBook app manages file synchronization between your Dropbox account and your iPad. Here are a few suggestions you could try:

  1. Check Sync Settings: Make sure that both your iPad and Dropbox have the correct permissions and sync settings enabled. The SongBook app should be allowed to both read from and write to your Dropbox.

  2. Manual Sync: Sometimes, manually forcing a sync can help. Try to manually sync from within the app, if that option is available.

  3. App Update: Ensure that you have the latest version of the SongBook app installed on your iPad, as updates may fix bugs related to sync issues.

  4. Reinstall SongBook App: As a last resort, uninstall and then reinstall the SongBook app on your iPad. This can sometimes resolve sync problems as the app gets a fresh start.

  5. Contact Support: If none of the above solutions work, consider reaching out to SongBook support for assistance. They may have more specific guidance for resolving this issue.

Remember to back up your files before trying procedures like reinstalling the app.
