How to recharge Madeena Call Card on my phone?

I am using Olive dialer.

A Madeena Call Card is recharged using the main portal from the website. You will need to log in with your username and password then you can buy credit and perform maintenance operations related to your account.

its simple...scratch the card and there will be 10 numbers and 10 numbers Eg:4213456790-3694576850 go to the settings in the user name provide the number in the first serial and in the password section provide the second 10 serial number... thats it Enjoy
