Is Minecraft available for PS Vita as a free product?

Minecraft is an Xbox console exclusive product only. It was released for PC and any other operating systems, but since we are talking about consoles, a representative stated that when Xbox exclusivity runs out, then it will be taken into consideration if the game will be ported to Vita or not.

i understand but a vita is compatible with touch and xbox is kinda selling out and if ipad is touch and it has it then mojang should make a deal with sony
