I receive an error: "No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection".

I receive an error: "No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection" when trying to import an AVI file. I am using DesignXpress Full Color on a Windows XP machine.

You are missing essential codecs that are required by your applications. Please download and install a pack of codecs necessary for your operation.
