Where are playlists stored in Android 16

My playlists don't update when syncing my (Android 16 Pixel) phone using Synctunes. This has been a long running issue but I used to be able to delete saved playlists from the Android/Data/Mahmed.net/Synctuneswirelesspro/Files/Synctunes directory. The playlists are no longer there (or at least I can't view them) so can't delete them to be rebuilt with the next sync. I've searched every folder on the phone for the word "Playlist" and for ".M3U" files with no luck.

Is there a fix for this or am I stuck with never changing playlists even though songs are added and deleted?
