How to make and receive calls with Idea Netsetter?

The data card (USB stick) is only used for Internet access. If you need calling support, you should contact with your local carrier for additional information or use Skype to call other users or on mobile phones. Skype is free, but for calls on mobile or actual land lines, you need to charge your account with credits.
