I can't install software program to SICK NAV350!!!

I am trying to load software but unfortunately I can not load. It gives me error that a driver error occured. What should I can solve the problem? I am searching drivers but I didn't find.

First of all, Thank you very much for answers. Your permission, I want to explain more clearly my issues. We can use SICK NAV350 our company, unfortunately last months our SICK NAV350 sensor is damaged and thus we bought new. Also, we are using two sensors becasue it is necessary our two machine. So, two sensor have same programs. Right now, I want to upload program to (other sensor's program) new sensor. Can you explain step by step how I can download? (NEW SENSOR FİRM VERSION: V1.20.2, APPLICATION VERSION:V1.20.2-06.03.2018)
