Please, follow the next procedure: Menu > Settings > Display > Font Size. From that location you can increase or decrease font size for different sections of your phone (SMS, contacts, web and applications).
In case the phone uses an operating system other than Symbian (Windows 7), you can't change Font Size, instead you can use Zoom in the browser and email apps.
