I know software called Aurora Blu-ray Сopy. If you have Mac, you can have a try. It is free: http://www.bluray-player-software.com/mac-bluray-dvd-copy.htm

Compressing a 50GB Blu-ray disc to 25GB is done using a few tools. At first, you decrypt the DVD to your hard-disk using AnyDVD, then you need BD Rebuilder to shrink down the size to 25 GB. You also need IMGBurn to burn media. There's no need in extra configuration settings. Simply open these applications one at a time and use their main function. Also, make sure you have Avisynth, ffdshow, and Haali Splitter installed because these are vital for the conversion.
