What input is expected?

asked by about LORENZ eValidator

I installed Lorenz eValidator because a client asked me to use it to verify that the PDF casebooks I'd created were formatted correctly. But the eValidator doesn't appear to accept PDF files as inputs. It seems to want a folder, but I can't find any description in the user guide of how that folder should be structured. What do I need to do in order to validate a PDF?

Lorenz eValidator typically expects input in a structured format that is standard for the specific types of documents or data it is designed to validate. For PDF validation, ensure that the folder you are pointing to in the eValidator contains the relevant PDFs or data files. It's possible that the eValidator may need specific XML or metadata files accompanying the PDFs for validation purposes. Check if there is an option to select or import files from within the folder after pointing to it. If the user guide doesn't provide detailed instructions, consider contacting the software provider's technical support for more precise guidance on setting up your input folder structure correctly.
