I cannot download e-textbooks form Evolve Select Bookshelf

Question

I bought e-textbooks from Cuyahoga Community College store and the e-textbooks arrived on my e-mail. For the two most expensive books I was told that before I can download the e-textbooks only after I downloaded Evolve Select Bookshelf. When I press the link provided I end up viewing a page that states "Sorry, the page you were looking for could not be found". The college has partnered with Elsevier to supply us the Nursing textbooks and I have heard visiting Elsevier and college staff use the term "Elsevier Evolve". So is this vital source.com site the actual place to download the appropriate or rather the intended program necessary for me to download my purchased e-textbooks? What do you suggest that I do?

I have tried to find the above mentioned software and couldn't find anything related which in this my recommendation is to contact the suppliers of the software. Most likely the given link expired and you will need another one that can be obtained by contacting the support team of the website. Please navigate to their main website and use the Help & Contact section in the upper-right corner of the website. The fast way to solve this is to call them rather than using the e-mail form.
